1. Shipping & Processing Times
We strive to get your bathroom transformed as quickly as possible.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Estimates: Once dispatched, standard transit time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Multiple Boxes: For larger vanity units or sets, your order may arrive in multiple packages. These may occasionally be delivered on different days depending on the carrier’s capacity.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Small Accessories: Flat-rate shipping applies to small items (hooks, rails, etc.).

Furniture & Vanities: Due to the weight of flat-pack furniture, shipping rates are calculated based on total order weight and dimensions.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 500$
3. Delivery Method (Curbside)
Please note that our furniture items are heavy.

Standard Delivery: Delivery is "Curbside" only. This means the driver will drop the shipment at the end of your driveway or front door.

Handling: Drivers are not permitted to carry furniture inside your home or up stairs. We recommend having two people available to move flat-pack boxes into your home upon arrival.
4. Important: Inspection & Fragile Parts
Bathroom furniture often includes delicate materials (ceramic sinks, mirrors, glass shelves).

External Damage: If the box arrives visibly crushed or torn, please take a photo and note "Damaged upon arrival" when signing the delivery receipt.

The 48-Hour Inspection Rule: You must unbox and inspect your items for any "concealed damage" (cracks or chips) within 48 hours of delivery.

Reporting: Please report any damage to our support team at [Insert Email] within this 48-hour window to qualify for a free replacement.
5. Assembly & Returns

Flat-Pack Condition: All furniture is shipped unassembled. Clear instructions and hardware are included.

Assembly Policy: We cannot accept returns on items that have been partially or fully assembled. Please inspect all panels and parts for defects before beginning construction.

Original Packaging: Should you wish to return an item, it must be in its original, unopened packaging to ensure it survives the return transit.
6. Address Errors & Missed Deliveries

Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Re-delivery: If a delivery fails because the customer was unavailable during a scheduled delivery window, a re-delivery fee may be charged by the carrier.
